Jane Kirk’s Retirement Party

You are Invited!!!

Jane Kirk has retired as Selectman for the Town of Nelson after serving faithfully for 12 years.

You are invited to join us on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM to say thank you to Jane. (Rain/Snow Date: Sunday, February 14th 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM) Snacks and music will be provided.

Jane has asked that we turn this event into a fund raiser for Haiti. Donations made to Haiti through the month of February 2010 are tax deductable for 2009 taxes. No donation is too small.

We will have a person from Red Cross at the event. 100% of the money given is going to the Haiti Relief effort.

If you are unable to attend but wish to contribute to the Haiti Relief, send your checks to:

Make the check out to “American Red Cross International Response Fund” and put in the memo section “donation for Haiti in honor of Jane Kirk”.

We will present Jane with cards, notes and e-mail messages. If you are not able to attend the event, then cards and notes can be mailed to Linda Boyle, Town of Nelson, 7 Nelson Common Road, Nelson, NH 03457. Send email messages to the Townofnelson1@cheshire.net. Stop into the Town Office to add your well wishes in a book for Jane. This book will be available at the event.
