Moving In Step, a Community Project will hold its Annual Meeting on Thursday evening, August 26th at 6:30 pm at the home of Priscilla Williams and David Hersey. The address is 510 Lead Mine Road.
The meeting begins with a Pot Luck Supper (which replaces the regular 1st Thursday Pot Luck Supper in September so that everyone can gear up for the Nelson Community Forum).
Following the Pot Luck, the president, Rich Popovic, will report on “The State of the Corporation”, and the treasurer, Dave Birchenough, will give the Treasurer’s Report and detail the 2011 budget. There will be a call for the election of directors and officers for the coming year, and a sign up sheet will be available for new memberships.
The present directors and officers of Moving In Step, a Community Project invite everyone to attend this Annual Meeting. Memberships are free and open to all residents in the community of Nelson and Munsonville ages 16 and older. Any interested party is invited to become either a director or officer and may convey their interest at the Annual Meeting.
